Now her personal trainer\u00a0Ramona Braganza, founder of\u00a03-2-1 Fitness Training<\/a>, has revealed how she went about honing her enviable figure.<\/p>\n

It turns out the second film in the trilogy \u2013 Fifty Shades Darker \u2013 was filmed at the same time as Fifty Shades Freed, in February 2016.<\/p>\n

The cast and crew spent five months straight shooting five days a week in\u00a0Vancouver, Canada, before finishing up with a fortnight in France.<\/p>\n

Ramona, who has also trained Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, Amanda Seyfried, Anne Hathaway, and Kate Beckinsale, was recruited by the Fifty Shades team after Dakota took a shine to her during an interview.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
